MulinBox Labs LLC ("we") respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use Hummingbird API (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: username, email address, and details you provide at sign-up/sign-in (including third-party OAuth).
- Usage and logs: metadata of API requests such as timestamp, model used, token counts, status codes, source IP, and device/browser information.
- Billing information: top-up and consumption records. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store your full card number.
- Request content (Inputs/Outputs): to fulfill your request, Inputs are forwarded to the relevant model provider for processing (see Section 3).
- Cookies and session: used for login persistence and preferences; see the Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to provide and maintain the Service, bill and prevent abuse, ensure security and troubleshoot, communicate with you, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Upstream model providers: to fulfill requests, your Inputs are transmitted to the relevant third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) for processing, subject to their privacy policies.
- Payment processors: to process payments (e.g., Stripe and local payment channels).
- Infrastructure providers: to host and operate the Service.
- Legal requirements: where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Legal Bases (where GDPR applies)
Our legal bases for processing include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as security and abuse prevention), your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy and as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Log data is routinely purged on a reasonable cycle.
6. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (such as GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to obtain a portable copy. To exercise these rights, contact support@fnuu.net.
7. International Transfers
The Service and its providers may be located outside your country. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
