Supported Regions
This page explains the availability of Hummingbird API (the "Service") and related compliance requirements.
1. Where the Service Is Available
The Service is available in the following countries, regions, and territories (the "Supported Regions"), provided your use complies with local law. The Supported Regions broadly align with the availability of the upstream model providers the Service connects to, and may be updated from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right not to offer the Service outside the Supported Regions, or to any country, region, individual, or entity subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, or export controls.

2. Your Compliance Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- your access to and use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your location and the locations of your users;
- your use complies with the terms and territorial restrictions of the upstream model providers accessed through the Service;
- you are not listed on any applicable sanctions, embargo, or export-control list.
If your jurisdiction restricts access to AI services, it is your responsibility to confirm the lawfulness of your use beforehand.
3. Payment Methods
The Service collects payment through compliant third-party payment processors. Supported methods may currently include bank cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay, among others (as shown at checkout). Available methods may vary by region, currency, and processor policy.

- for regions not listed, please contact us about availability;
- certain services may have additional restrictions in specific regions.
